DELINQUENT TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES ALL UNPAID 2009 OR PRIOR YEAR TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY TAXES AS LISTED, (WHICH INCLUDES PERSONAL, HOUSEHOLD AND MOBILE HOME TAX ROLLS) ARE NOW ACCRUING INTEREST AT THE RATE OF EIGHTEEN (18) PERCENT PER ANNUM. IF THE DELINQUENT TAXES ARE NOT PAID,A WARRANT WILL BE ISSUED, AND THE TAX COLLECTOR WILL APPLY TO THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR AN ORDER DIRECTING LEVY UPON AND SEIZURE OF THE PERSONAL PROPERTY FOR THE UNPAID TAXES. NOTICE OF TAX CERTIFICATE SALE ON THE INTERNET PDF Print E-mail

Notice is hereby given that at 9:00 A.M., Saturday, May 29, 2010, through 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 1, 2010, Tax Certificates will be sold on the following described lands, located in the County of Osceola, State of Florida, to pay the amount due for the 2009 or prior years taxes herein set opposite the same, together with all costs of such sale and all advertising.  The bidding Internet site is www.bidosceola.com. The sale will continue until all certificates are sold.

Starting with this official notice, prospective bidders are encouraged to begin registration, placing deposits and selecting parcels upon which they wish to place bids for certificates.  This is not a sale of land.

For anyone without a computer, computer terminals are available for public use at the Osceola County Public Libraries.
